POSITION VACANT: Kew Country Club Administration Assistant & All Rounder

Laurieton United Services Club is currently looking for an Administration Assistant & All Rounder to join their team at the Kew Country Club. This full-time position offers the opportunity to receive training in various aspects of the role, including participation in the Certificate III in Business with Camden Haven Community College.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including responding to member and general enquiries, managing incoming calls, daily reconciliation of tills, diary organization, bar work, gaming and catering tasks, bookings and membership management, as well as providing general office support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, previous office experience, intermediate computer literacy and MS Office skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, a positive and proactive attitude, motivation to take initiative in their role, and the willingness to be a collaborative team player are essential. A current RSA and RCG certificate is required, or the willingness to obtain them.
