A Community with Heart: Over $3,000 Raised for the Port Macquarie Renal Unit

The Camden Haven Country Music Fundraiser held on April 5th at our Club was a heartwarming event that brought our community together in support of the Port Macquarie Private Hospital Renal Dialysis Unit. The event was a resounding success, with over $3,000 raised for this vital unit that provides essential haemodialysis treatment to patients in need.

The Renal Dialysis Unit at the hospital plays a crucial role in offering care and hope to individuals dealing with kidney disease. With six chairs available, they cater to private, DVA, and uninsured patients from various parts of Australia, delivering expert treatment and compassionate support.

Local artists and bands set the stage alive with their incredible performances at the fundraiser, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with music and laughter. Raffles and fun competitions added to the festive spirit, bringing the community closer and showcasing the generosity and unity of our residents.
