We employ approximately 55 staff in roles across our businesses including in our café, bistro, bar, reception, gaming, events, green keeping and administration.

PART-TIME CHEF/COOK
We currently have a vacancy for a part-time chef/cook to assist our head chef and his team in our busy kitchen.

The role requires a focused, reliable, person able to work both independently and as part of our team in all aspects of our operation including the preparation, service of food, WH&S and other duties as required

Good communication skills, a passion for food, and a willingness to be part of a high paced team environment are a necessity.

Commercial Kitchen experience and a food safety certificate will be highly regarded. Hours will be variable but the ability to work split shifts, and weekends is essential.

BISTRO SUPERVISOR
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced part-time Bistro Supervisor
to coordinate and lead our front of house operations in our busy dinning area.

The Bistro Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all front of house operations and staff.

Good communication and developing and maintaining client relationships is essential and the ability to effectively lead staff to ensure excellent delivery of meals and customer service.

BAR ATTENDENT/SUPERVISOR
The Laurieton United Servicemen’s Club has a vacancy for a Part-Time Bar Attendant/Supervisor. The position includes day and night rosters and weekend shifts. The successful applicant will possess:

1. RSA and RCG accreditations,
2. Security Licence would be an advantage,
3. Excellent customer service skills,
4. Open communication skills
5. Excellent cash handling skills
6. Understanding of Club compliance

BISTRO ATTENDANT
We are looking for some 'customer services stars' to join our friendly team as a Part-Time Bistro Attendant. The position includes day and night rosters as well as weekend shifts.
The successful applicant will possess:

  • RSA and RCG Accreditations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Open communication skills
  • Excellent cash handling skills
  • Understanding of Club compliance

KITCHEN HAND/COOK
We are looking for some 'customer services stars' to join our friendly team as a Part-Time Cook/Kitchen Hand. The position includes day and night rosters as well as weekend shifts.
The successful applicant will possess:

  • Open communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Proven experience as a cook
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware
  • Understanding of Club compliance

BAR ATTENDANT
