Celebrate Valentine’s Day 2026 with your special someone in our stunning new space, The Jetty Café & Bar. On Saturday 14 February, we’re hosting an intimate evening featuring a four-course degustation menu with matching wines, live entertainment, and waterfront views that set the perfect scene for romance.

Your evening begins at 5:30pm with doors opening, and you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary beer or wine on arrival. Service starts from 6pm, giving you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere before your culinary journey begins.

Four Courses of Culinary Excellence

The menu showcases the finest ingredients and expert preparation. Start with your choice of three oyster shots served with caviar or sesame-seared tuna tataki with wakame salad, coriander and ginger ponzu. Course two offers roasted garlic and butternut squash soup with toasted pine nuts, crispy leek, garlic croutons and chives, or Australian Wagyu meatballs with tomato concassé, rocket salad and grated Grana Padano.

For your main course, choose between Australian rack of lamb with pea purée, cumin-roasted heirloom carrots and confit tomato finished with thyme jus, or maple-glazed suckling pork rack with parsnip purée, roasted mushrooms, cabbage and edamame bean mix served with pineapple reduction. Finish with classic French crêpes Suzette with vanilla bean gelato or warm chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream, cookie crumb and berry salsa.

Live Entertainment and Perfect Ambience

Brad Lockwood provides live entertainment throughout the evening, creating the perfect soundtrack for your romantic celebration. At $150 per couple, this Valentine’s Day experience offers exceptional value for an unforgettable night.
