Golf Course update

The golf course maintenance team has been hard at work over the past two weeks, completing several projects to improve our course. We have successfully installed 150m of drainage on the high side of the fairway on hole 18 to ensure better playing conditions. Additionally, all greens have been aerated using solid tines for enhanced turf health.

In terms of irrigation, new wiring has been installed on hole 3 and a sprinkler has been added to the vets tee on hole 1. This will help ensure consistent watering for optimal course conditions. Furthermore, work is in progress to create two pads for the installation of 100,000l water tanks. These tanks, located at the back of the cart shed and on hole 6, will significantly increase water storage capacity, especially during dry periods.

Our dedicated team of volunteer gardeners has been maintaining the wash-bay area beautifully, adding to the overall appeal of our facilities. The putt putt area is also seeing progress, with a variety of plants being planted to enhance the putt putt experience for our visitors.
